What monitoring rules enable machines to show up in the "Dashboard > Availability" screen?
For machines to show up in the Dashboard > Availability tab, the machines need to be added to a ServerWatch monitoring rule that checks availability of PING, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP, DNS, USER, SQL, SNMP, TELNET, ORACLE, L_NOTES, ODBC, SIP, or AGENT
