Effective January 30, 2027, all Goliath versions prior to 14.0 reach End of Life. Those versions will continue to run, but they will no longer receive fixes, updates, or compatibility validation for new platform releases. Customers must upgrade to Goliath 14.0 to remain on a supported version.
Fixes and improvements are delivered in 14.0, so support requests on earlier versions are addressed by first upgrading the environment to 14.0. Our Support team will help you plan and complete that upgrade and will continue troubleshooting on 14.0.
Environments on 12.1.6.5 or later can upgrade directly to 14.0. Older versions upgrade to 12.1.6.5 first. Your configuration, dashboards, and historical data carry over, and agents are updated as part of the upgrade. There is no additional charge for customers current on maintenance.
