This document will guide you through the process of configuring Goliath Performance Monitor and Goliath Application Availability Monitor to send notifications and alerts to 3rd Party Tools.
Choose an Alert Communication Methodology
Goliath Performance Monitor or Goliath Application Availability Monitor can send alert notifications to 3rd party tools like Service Now, SCOM, Moogsoft and more. This can be done by using SMTP, SNMP or Syslog communication methodologies.
To achieve this, first you'll want to configure your tool to accept alerts via the communication protocol of your choice based on available documentation provided by the tool. Second, you'll want to proceed to the appropriate link below to configure Goliath Performance Monitor or Goliath Application Availability Monitor to transmit alerts to your 3rd party tool.
