The agent for the delivery controller(s) are appearing as red and disconnected on the Configure>Inventory screen.
The MonitorIT Agent Service is not running on the delivery controller. When manually started, an error appears and will not start.
Troubleshooting Steps:
If the delivery controller status is displaying red on the Configure - Inventory page:
Select the line items for the delivery controller that is not connected then click the Edit at the bottom of the page. A new window opens:
Does the delivery controller have an account applied to it in the "XenApp & XenDesktop monitoring" Section?
If no, proceed
If yes, make sure that the account listed has admin rights on the machine.
RDP to the machine: Do you see the MonitorIT Agent Service listed in Windows Services?
If no, the agent is no longer installed and will need to be reinstalled.
If yes, is it running?
If it is running and is still not appearing on the Configure - Inventory (even after refreshing the page) there is most likely a firewall or licensing issue.

Is it running as local system or an account?
If it is running as an account, please make sure that the account has admin rights on the machine.
