With the release of GPM 12.1.1, Goliath introduced Ask Kip!, an AI assistant integrated in the Goliath Performance Monitor user interface.

How to use Goliath's AI Assistant
Click the Ask Kip! icon in the top right corner of the GPM interface to open the AI chat dialog.

Enter your question in in the message box and hit enter or click the send icon and Kip will return an answer. You can use the thumbs up or thumbs down icons to provide feedback about the answers to help Goliath continue improving the information available.

Goliath's AI assistant can provide answers to product usage questions, like "how do I run reports in Goliath?" or "where are the purge settings located?".
It will also provide troubleshooting information for performance monitoring and Citrix and Horizon issues, like "what can cause a long logon time?" or "how can I improve session latency?".
All of the information available to Kip is collected from Goliath's knowledge bases and web site as well as additional troubleshooting information for Citrix, Horizon, and Windows environments.
Note: No customer data is consumed or accessible to the AI assistant. Ask Kip is a closed system without access to the larger internet. Only the information added by Goliath is available to Kip when generating responses
